Meditation Workshop
Meditation is used for a number for reasons:

It can focus the mind to work in harmony to help with their day ahead.
It can help create new perspectives on stressful situations.
Helps you learn new skills to manage you stress or anxiety.
Increasing self-awareness.
Helps focus the mind on the present rather than over-think things that "may or could" happen in the future.
Reduces negative emotions and creates positive vibes.
Helps increase imagination and creativity and output whilst increasing patience and tolerance.
Meditation is made a easier with guidance from an expert. We talk to your team as people so they understand the benefits of meditation and then talk them through each session.
You can meditate anywhere and at anytime. All your colleagues have to do is attend the session and we'll take care of everything else.
Before the day
Decide how many people you'd like in each meditation group. It can be a minimum of 2 for smaller offices or 50 for larger ones. We suggest allocating 30 minutes for each meditation session.
Duration
Half or one full day/s on-site with you
Pre-requisites
Anyone can meditate.
These treatments are relaxing, focused and rewarding.
People walk away relaxed, with a sense of purpose, and having learnt a new skill.

Timings, Slots and Sessions
You can arrange who attends and when in advance and give us the details the day before we come along. Or we can supply a web-link to a booking system for your colleagues and team to book themselves in.

What to wear
You can wear anything comfortable when meditating,

The Room
We can use a meeting, training or conference room. We use the floor to meditate on, and matts are provided. If you're able to remove or put aside any conference room tables and chairs this helps. However, if furniture can't be moved or removed then leave it in it's place and we will use the chairs around the table to meditate. In this instance we suggest you only invite the amount of people to each session to the number of chairs you have in the room.
